# RETURN & REFUND POLICY
## Altas World News Official Merchandise Shop

**Effective date: July 15th 2026 **

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

## 1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Every item sold by the Altas World News Official Merchandise Shop is **custom printed to order** specifically for you at the time of purchase. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Because each product is made on demand and cannot be restocked, resold, or returned to our production partners, **all sales are final.**

We **do not accept returns or exchanges, and do not offer refunds, for any of the following:**

- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
- Failure to review the product description, sizing chart, or specifications before ordering
- Failure to enter a correct or complete shipping address at checkout
- Items that do not fit as expected
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control
- Any reason other than those expressly covered in Section 2 below

We strongly encourage you to **review the full product description and consult our Sizing Guide before purchasing.** If you have any questions about a product, contact us at store@altasworldnews.com **before** you place your order.

## 2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the limited circumstances where an item arrives **damaged, defective, or materially misprinted due to an error on our part**, we will make it right.

To be eligible, you must:

1. Contact us at **store@altasworldnews.com within thirty (30) days** of the delivery date;
2. Include your **order number**;
3. Include **clear photographs** showing the defect, damage, or misprint, and where applicable, a photo of the shipping packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will, **at our sole discretion**, provide either:

- A **free replacement** of the same item, or
- A **refund** of the purchase price of the affected item.

We do not require you to ship the item back unless we specifically request it. Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost to you.

Claims submitted after thirty (30) days, or without the required order number and photographic evidence, cannot be processed.

## 3. NON-DELIVERED ORDERS

If tracking indicates your order was **not delivered** (as opposed to delivered and then lost or stolen after delivery), contact us at store@altasworldnews.com within thirty (30) days of the last tracking update. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

We are **not responsible** for:
- Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing (porch theft, misplacement at the delivery address);
- Orders delayed or returned due to an **incorrect or incomplete address** provided by the customer;
- Orders held or seized by customs.

Where a package is returned to us due to a customer address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

## 4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins quickly after checkout, our window to change or cancel an order is very short. If you need to change or cancel, contact us **immediately** at store@altasworldnews.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request **only if production has not yet begun.** Once an item has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

## 5. SIZING

Sizing charts are provided on each applicable product page. Because apparel is made to order, **we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that do not fit.** It is the customer's responsibility to review the sizing chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.

## 6. REFUND PROCESSING

Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be issued to the **original payment method** used at checkout. Please allow **five (5) to ten (10) business days** for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or misprinted due to our error.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Altas World News Official Merchandise Shop. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be waived. Where such law requires a remedy, we will comply with that law.

The Altas World News Official Merchandise Shop, Altas World News, and all associated brands are owned and operated by **Altas Media Group LLC**, Albany, New York. We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that order.
