# SHIPPING POLICY
## Altas World News Official Merchandise Shop

Thank you for supporting Altas World News. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect after you place your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

## 1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Every item in the Altas World News Official Merchandise Shop is **custom printed to order** just for you. We do not keep pre-made inventory on shelves. This means your order goes through two stages before it reaches you:

**Production time + Shipping time = Total delivery time**

Please allow for both when estimating your arrival date.

## 2. PRODUCTION TIME

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within **2 to 5 business days** after your order is placed. During peak periods — holidays, new product launches, and major sales — production may take slightly longer. Certain products, such as embroidered items and all-over-print apparel, may require additional production time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

## 3. SHIPPING TIME (AFTER PRODUCTION)

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times within the United States are:

- **Standard Shipping:** 3–7 business days
- **Posters and wall art:** 3–8 business days (shipped separately in protective tubes)

These are **estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees.** Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control.

**Please note:** Different products in the same order may be produced in different facilities and may therefore **arrive separately, in more than one package, on different days.** This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

## 4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be clearly stated at checkout and applied automatically when your order qualifies.

## 5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a **confirmation email with a tracking number.** Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at store@altasworldnews.com.

## 6. SHIPPING ADDRESSES — CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

**You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.**

- Please double-check your address before completing your order.
- We are **not responsible** for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us because of an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
- We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.

If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us at store@altasworldnews.com right away and we will make reasonable efforts to correct it **only if production has not yet begun.**

## 7. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

- **Delayed packages:** Carrier delays are outside our control. We cannot refund or replace an order for a shipping delay. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- **Packages marked "delivered" but not found:** If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members and neighbors and contacting the carrier directly. We are **not responsible** for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.
- **Genuinely non-delivered packages:** If tracking indicates your package was **not delivered**, contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update and we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

## 8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to an error on our part, please refer to our **Return & Refund Policy** and contact us at store@altasworldnews.com **within 30 days of delivery** with your order number and clear photographs. We will make it right.

## 9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, the Altas World News Official Merchandise Shop primarily ships within the **United States.** If international shipping is offered at checkout for your location:

- **Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer** and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- International delivery times vary widely and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
